BE A PART OF THE GAMBLER'S MUSIC VIDEO SHOOT SUNDAY 01 MARCH 09
Reverend Wright And The Mystery Train Gamblers will be shooting a music video for the song "Speed, Grease And Rock-n-Roll" and need as many rockabilly
and hot rod fans to take part and be extra's in the shoot.
It will cost you nothing - just get there and be directed. The only important criteria is that
you look the part. In other words, the more rockabilly, 50's, rock-n-roll, hot rod you look the better. You will unfortunately not be used in the shoot
if you do not look the part. The video will feature hot rods and have the rockabilly vibe. If you are unsure please google "rockabilly" to find out more.
The video shoot will take place this Sunday afternoon/evening the 8th of March from 5pm (PLEASE BE THERE AT 5PM) and way into the late hours of the evening. There is a good chance that
the shoot will continue again on the Monday night too.
PLEASE NOTE: THE VENUE HAS CHANGED. PLEASE RE-CLICK ON THE MAP TO GET THE NEW DIRECTIONS IF YOU WERE ON HERE BEFORE THE 4TH OF MARCH.

It seems the word is getting out about the Gamblers.
Bloggers are starting to blog.
Taken from the Lost in Mattyville blog:
A relatively new Pretoria-based rockabilly outfit, Reverend Wright and the rest of the Gambler trio crank
out a brand of rockabilly unique to South Africa. With a passion for fast cars, greased wheels and old fashioned rock ‘n roll,
it is no mystery what the Gamblers put out. There are great things on the horizon for Reverend Wright and the Mystery Train Gamblers.
Having fronted famous South African ska/punk band, Leek and the Bouncing Uptones, Reverend Wright is a South African music stallwart,
continuing to firmly make his mark on South African music culture. The good Reverend can also be found playing guitar for Pretoria-based
rock ‘n roll outfit, The Slashdogs.
